Nice front office staff.
Requested early housekeeping. They said okay, but at 2:30 pm was still not done. Because I was back in the room then and wanted to rest, I canceled.
It's okay for what it is. The rooms were a little dark, but clean. Front office staff was friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom amenities, very clean.
Room was a bit small for 2 Queen beds - a little cramped.
Overall this was a very nice hotel. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was very clean, nicely furnished, nice flat screen TV. Bathroom nicely appointed. We like that this hotel is green and concerned about the environment. I will highly recommend! ...read more

The quiet atmosphere.
The parking lot was a very bad design.
I was surprised that Holiday Inn had a five star rating. It was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again.
